1. Timeframe for Refunds:

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized products, are non-refundable.

4. Process for Refunds:
To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges:
If you need an exchange for a defective or damaged item, contact us, and we will arrange a replacement.

6. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
